For Softwares, E-Tools, Online courses and Assessments, the key will be delivered to your registered email. The Products which requires delivery to your shipping address will be delivered to your registered shipping address with/without shipping charges as mentioned in the product description section.

When and how you will ship my item ?
We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered BookPost or SpeedPost.

How the delivery charge is calculated ?
The shipping charge is specified separately for every product

What if the product is received in damaged condition ?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at admin@mminds.in mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold on www.mminds.in ?
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Master Minds Learning Hub. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.

Do you have Cash on Delivery Option ?
No. Currently we don’t have. In future, we may have this option and will be updated on our portal.

Do You deliver products internationally ?
As of now, Master Minds Learning Hub doesn't deliver items internationally. But we deliver anywhere in India. (Applicable for Products with Physical Delivery)
